Each year between Thanksgiving and Christmas we put out donation crates all around Chittenden Country, and beyond. Simply look for specially marked “Claus for Paws” donation crates at local businesses like Doggie Styles, Dealer.com, Pet Food Warehouse, doggie daycares, just to name a few. That’s where you can drop off your donation of new pet-related items to support the love and work of area shelters.
The simplest wishes – cleaning supplies, bedding, food, collars, leashes, and toys – often go unfulfilled or add up to a substantial expense. But with the community’s help, local humane societies, shelters, rescue groups, and other animal refuges will be gifted with the wishlist items they so desperately need to provide the best love and quality of life for the animals in their care.
During this time of making your list and checking it twice, Claus for Paws asks everyone to please consider supporting the thousands of homeless animals who don’t have a voice to express their needs. And they thank everyone in advance for giving lots of tails a reason to wag this holiday season.
